Our servers require the authentication before sending to prevent spamming. The following options you need to be set if you are using:

- Outlook Express:
Tools > Accounts > (account) > Properties > Servers > Outgoing Mail Server choose "My server requires authentication" > Setting > Use the same settings as my incoming mail server

- Microsoft Outlook:
Tools > E-Mail Accounts > View or change exsiting e-mail accounts > (account) > Change .. > More Settings .. > Outgoing Server, choose "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication" > Use the same settings as my incoming mail server

- Mozilla Thunderbird
Tools > Accounts Settings.. > (account) > Server Settings, choose the option "Use secure authentication"

If you 're using DirectAdmin, you can do the easily way as :
- Login DirectAdmin > Choose Email Accounts menu > Select your email account then choose Download
- Then, import this registry file into your system by double click on it and choose Yes
- Open Outlook Express and check your new account
