All our hardware are setup in Telx building - a neutral carrier hotel in downtown Atlanta GA. The data center maintains GigE Connectivity to multiple Tier 1 and Tier 2 providers including: BTN (Beyond the Network), Savvis, UNS and Telia. Private Peering includes Global NAPs, Epik, Ga Tech, PeachNet, Great Access, US Carrier, and CET Networks.

The core network equipment consists of a mix of Cisco GSRs and switches and Foundry BigIrons. Our routers contain the latest IOS (operating system), and BGP4 routing. This allows redundancy in the case of a link failure as well as providing your visitors with the best network path to your server.

Electrical power is provided by separate sub-stations. This is the same power grid that supports the Federal Reserve Bank.

Redundant Power Feeds
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems available
Backup Diesel Generator Power
24 x 7 x 365 Monitored Security
Environmental-control Units
Fire-suppression Systems
Technology Service Center: 24 x 7 x 365 system administrators on-site to monitor and maintain the data center infrastructure and client equipment.

Since May 2007, we have moved our stuff to Colo4Dallas datacenter at Dallas, Texas. This is a neutral carrier hotel in the central of the US. Moving to this datacenter allows us more options to expand our systems, specially using up to 80amps in a full cabinet with great cooling solution. More information, you can visit Colo4Dallas website here

RE: where are your servers located?
The latest update: meanwhile we keep some systems in Colo4Dallas for redundant purpose, our main datacenter now is located in Seattle area. It's the west coast show-case datacenter of APC. We have full redundant here: power, UPS, generators, networks. I mean EVERYTHING. The network mix includes NTT/Verio, Level(3) and Global Crossing. We are adding Integra Telecom and peering with SIX (Seattle Internet Exchange) soon. Another upstream is considering to be appeared into the mix in this year too.

Thanks for this information. Am, myself can use this for the future. With regards to Colo4Dallas, it provides abundant, redundant, uninterrupted power for continuous up-time in its carrier-neutral collocation facility.
