update whois information
1. Login customer portal at https://billing.3inetwork.com
2. View list your domains by clicking to My Domains link in the left column
3. Click to View details button, next to the domain you want to change
4. Clickt to Contact Information button in the page bottom
5. Update your information in the form there, then click to Save changes
