You will need to choose your domain name first by following steps
- login control panel at http://domain.3inetwork.com with your username and password
- click to My Account
- on text box "Jump to domain", enter your domain name, with option "Domain Registration Service"
- click to the button next to option box

Now, please choose what you want

1. if you want to update your name servers
- click to "Modify Name Server"
- fill out the name servers of your hosting provider (you should have them when you sign up a hosting account)
- click to "Update"

2. if you want to modify your private name servers
- click to "Manage Child Name Server"
- you can add, edit or delete your private name servers there
