If you feel slow speed in accessing your website, you can try the below methods

1. if you are using Windows system:
- download Winmtr at http://winmtr.sourceforge.net. Please run it at least 300 rounds with your domain
- run: ping -n 300 your-domain

2. if you are using *nix system: use below commands
- mtr -c 300 yourdomain.com
- ping -c 300 your-domain

Send us the results and your current Internet IP address. You can view it by visiting the page http://www.whatismyip.com.
