Routers maintenance
Our Lynnwood datacenter has upgraded memory and IOS for both routers (6905) to the latest version. However, it seems having troubles after upgrading. There are packet loss with multiple upstream providers. It leads to slower network performance when you are accessing your websites. The routers have been rolled back to the old IOS version, however, we are still experiencing packet loss.

Cisco techs are onsite to check the routers. We will update this announcement when we can have more information.

RE: Routers maintenance
We believe we have stabilized the network at this time and are closely monitoring the situation.
We are still working closely with Cisco to determine the root cause. We have narrowed down the issue to a problem with HSRP (Hot Standby Routing Protocol) and can reproduce the issue. We will update you as we know more from Cisco.
