As you know, we have worked with DirectI in a long time, with thousands domains with them. However, their support is going to down side. In order to keep our high quality service for customers, we have signed up with new registrar. With this new vendor, we can contact supporters any time, with details answers.

Also, with new system, you can manage your domains now from our customer portal with normal tasks such as change DNS, manage DNS records, change whois information, etc.
