You should lock your domain, to prevent un-authorize transfer to another registrar. In order to complete this task, you can do the following steps in our customer portal

1. Login customer portal at https://billing.3inetwork.com
2. View list your domains by clicking to My Domains link in the left column
3. Click to View details button, next to the domain you want to change
4. Check to the small box, next to Registrar Lock line
