We are going to setup secondary dns server for all shared hosting and managed dedicated server customers. Your domains will be using dns on 2 different systems, to avoid the downtime, if one of them has trouble

The server has been ordered, should be in datacenter at the end of this week. We will update this when it's arrived

Server has been arrived to datacenter, however need to wait for additional power strip, cause we have used all current outlets. Should be online soon in next few hours

Secondary DNS server is up. We are going to configure server then transferring dns zones. DNS for shared hosting will be changed first. Resellers using private dns will receive IPs for updating their dns

All shared hosting and fully managed servers DNS zones have been duplicated in secondary server. The resellers should receive our email for the IP too. If you have any doubt, feel free to contact our techs at helpdesk. We shall be glad to help
